Bill is a proud Marylander whose strong Baltimore roots shape everything he does—both in real estate and in everyday life. Raised in Catonsville and a Mount Saint Joseph High School grad, Bill earned his degree in Business & Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland.

Bill began his real estate career nearly 20 years ago. After starting at Masters Realty in 2006, he gained valuable experience at Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX. Since 2015, Bill has been a proud member of Cummings & Co. Realtors, specializing in Baltimore City and the surrounding counties.

Beyond his professional life, Bill is passionate about giving back to the Baltimore community. He coaches youth baseball at Wolfe Street Academy and actively supports organizations like The Helping Up Mission and Canton Canopy.

Orioles fans might recognize Bill as “Chilly Willy,” a nickname he earned during 15 seasons serving beers at Camden Yards, where he enjoyed connecting with fans. Each summer, he hosts an Orioles Game Client Appreciation Night at the ballpark for his friends and clients.
